The first two "" after 'start' are required if your game file name has any spaces in it. Next obviously is the path to yuzu.exe. The -f switch tells yuzu to launch the game in fullscreen. The -g switch tells yuzu that a game path is following. Since you have the EXE in the same directory as the game only the game name and extension are required.

I don't actually know the answer to that, all I know is that Yuzu doesn't need firmware files, but needs title keys and prod keys. If your title keys are from 16.0.2, then that's essentially the firmware your games will work up to if they require it
