Osrs bankers note vs fire sale.
There's a massive difference between literally infinite money and the ability to easily get 5m gp/hr. There are things you cannot get achieve in a normal amount of playtime without fire sale. People with fire sale are alching for 8b gp/hr, while bankers note is getting 1000x less than that. Fire sale is thousands of points for free.
